"What's Your PSA Level?" is proud to partner with the American Cancer Society! I was deeply honored to advocate for early detection and prostate cancer screenings at the recent "Hoops For Health" event. Working alongside the Jefferson Health Community Outreach Mobile Unit, I had the privilege of speaking directly with men in our community, encouraging them to take charge of their health and get tested right on the spot. Events like this prove that when we meet people where they are, we make a real difference. Shoutout to the DCHD team for hosting such a fantastic event! 👏🏾

Hoops For Health 2026

                                            Senator Comitta's Comments:

When it comes to cancer, early detection is critical to saving lives. I was glad to meet with Chester County residents at the Capitol about legislation that would help provide greater access to early detection measures for prostate and colorectal cancer and increased support for breast and cervical cancer detection.

Thank you to the advocates with the American Cancer Society Cancer Action Network Pennsylvania - ACS CAN for all your good work and partnership for the health and well-being of our communities

"In 2020, I built this deck despite having a rising PSA level with no noticeable symptoms at the time. Unfortunately, due to COVID-19 restrictions and lockdowns, scheduling a doctor's appointment proved impossible.
